We have an opportunity to recruit a full time General Maintenance Person to this new post on a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months.
Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and to include some out of hours work, this role is to support the Property Services department by carrying out general building maintenance work, including carpentry and joinery repairs, basic plumbing repairs, as well as painting and decorating.
It is essential you can demonstrate practical experience of working in a similar role. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required along with a full valid driving licence.
