Our Sidmouth headquarters is open to the public 9am - 4.30pm seven days a week. A visit to our Sidmouth sanctuary does not require pre-booking.
Our regional sanctuaries (Belfast, Birmingham, Ivybridge, Leeds and Manchester) are open to visitors at select times on Saturdays and the first Sunday of each month. A pre-booked ticket is required.

Our Sidmouth sanctuary is open to the public every day from 9am – 4.30pm (except Christmas Day), with last entry into the car park at 4pm and 4.15pm into The Kitchen. The Gift Shop also closes at 4.15pm.

There is an online booking system with limited tickets for morning and afternoon visits. The visit remains free of charge, but a ticket will be essential for you to gain entry.
