What to expect

Start your afternoon with a gentle stroll around the sanctuary with a member of our international team and hear how donkeys help people around the world.

After you’ve worked up a healthy appetite, enjoy the last of the summer rays at The Kitchen’s afternoon tea as part of the Taste East Devon Festival, sourced where possible from our own land and within our beautiful corner of Devon.

Afternoon tea with a view

Three tiers of locally sourced Devon delicacies, a selection of sandwiches, sweet treats and cakes, finishing off with freshly baked fruit scones with jam and clotted cream. A vegan and gluten-free selection is available.

Washed down with table-served Clipper tea from Beaminster, Dorset or The Coffee Company coffee from Newton Abbot. A quintessential Devon afternoon.

Tickets

Tickets cost £25, including the afternoon tea and tour. Pre-booking is required and there are a limited number of tickets available, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
