In this exciting new role, we are looking for a part time Human Resources Administration Assistant to support the operational activities of the Volunteer Co-ordinator. The role will be based within the Human Resources Department located at our headquarters in Sidmouth.
The Human Resources Department provide operational support to the 500+ employees and 600+ volunteers of the charity working worldwide. Lead by the Head of HR, the operational support is provided by HR Advisers to the UK, Ireland and Europe, and International, along with a resourcing team.
You are not required to have experience of working within HR but you will be required to demonstrate strong administrative experience and must understand the importance of confidentiality and data security.
This is a part time, permanent contract, working 14 hours per week.
