We have an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade at the Donkey Sanctuary’s fantastic new restaurant ‘The Kitchen’.
Our Head and Sous Chefs are highly experienced in creating mouth-watering menus, and we make everything fresh onsite producing food from the best ingredients that we source from local producers who share our ethics and commitment to sustainability. We are looking for a dedicated hardworking individual who is interested in enjoying a fabulous work-life balance and passionate about cooking and about producing great food in fast paced environment.
Possessing experience of working in a commercial kitchen, you will prepare food to the highest standard of quality and presentation, ensuring that wastage is kept to a minimum, and that strict food hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained. Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
This is a variable hours, fixed term contract starting as soon as possible until 31st December 2017, working 5 days per week over 7 days. Flexibility will be required for weekend working.
