We’re launching our stunning new restaurant, The Kitchen at The Donkey Sanctuary, this winter – a beautiful, newly-built, rustic restaurant and kitchen, with space for 260 covers and awe-inspiring views over the donkeys’ paddocks and beyond to the Jurassic coast and sea.
We want an extraordinary dining experience to match the outstanding setting, which is why we’re on a nationwide search for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join us - to inspire, innovate and create delicious high-welfare food; food that is honest, wholesome and home-cooked for our 320,000 visitors each year, our supporters, and our staff.
Our new Head Chef will need to bring charm, excellence and leadership to The Donkey Sanctuary Kitchen, so that together we can put this incredible new venue on the map as a place to relax, eat and visit again and again.
