We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the operational activities of our Procurement Department
This role is integral in supporting the department in the delivery of the Procurement strategy within the charity. Working both within the team and on your own initiative, your main duties will include managing the procurement element of the charity helpdesk system, acting as a primary contact for all enquiries and requests, the updating of procurement policies and assisting with the preparation of Invitations to Tenders and Request for Quotes.
You will be an experienced administrator possessing demonstrable communication, organisational, numerical, IT and analytical skills. Experience of maintaining and controlling policy, procedure and process documents is essential as is a clear focus on customer service and customer care. Experience of working within a professional procurement environment is desirable.
This is a full-time, permanent role starting as soon as possible, working 35 hours per week.
