A fairtrade, pure Arabica coffee composed of Colombian Medellin Excelso beans (30%) and Ethiopian Djimmah beans (70%), this coffee has an earthy, ‘gamey’ character, while the Colombian bean offers a mild and fruity taste that complements. This is a dark, medium blend, perfect for espressos, lattes and flat whites.
