Our regional centres (Belfast, Birmingham, Ivybridge, Leeds and Manchester) are closing temporarily due to the recent rapid increase in the number of Covid-19 cases across the UK.

Unfortunately, due to the recent rapid increase in the number of Covid-19 cases across the UK, we have had to take the difficult decision to temporarily cancel all visitor open days until the end of January 2022.

This was an extremely hard decision for us to make as we know how much our supporters have been looking forward to spending time with the donkeys again and we fully understand the upset that this decision will cause.

We have a limited number of staff working at our regional centres so with the rise in Covid-19 cases our priority has to be the safety of these staff, our visitors and in turn, our donkeys.

The online booking system used to reserve free tickets has been temporarily paused for any future reservations.

If you have an adoption donkey that is up for renewal and you have not been able to visit them in the past 12 months, you will still be able to visit once the bookings are open again. It is not a requirement that you renew your adoption to visit the adoption donkeys and the rest of the herd at the regional centres, but your continued generosity and support enables us to care for our donkeys.
