As we strive to support donkeys and mules living in our communities, we recognise that equine welfare charities, local authorities and enforcement agencies will be key in sharing good welfare practices with owners at every opportunity.

We hope by continuing to develop good quality, relevant, useful resources and training materials, we can support our teams, and yours, in providing frontline welfare services to donkeys, mules and their owners.

As we move forward in building on our existing educational materials, we would like to be aware of gaps in knowledge and the demand for donkey-specific information. 

Completion of this survey will also allow us to identify need and also to determine preferred formats and methods for learning; be it books, apps or webinars, or even something new.
