Do you have what it takes?
Do you love meeting new people, have a friendly nature with a real flare for providing excellent customer service. Would you enjoy welcoming visitors whilst promoting the work of The Donkey Sanctuary as one of our valuable ambassadors?
As part of an enthusiastic and friendly team of Visitor Welcome Volunteers you will be doing something very worthwhile by welcoming visitors to The Donkey Sanctuary. Helping to make sure that they have the best possible experience by providing detailed information about events and activities taking place, guidance and directions to get them to where these are happening and sharing the stories of our wonderful donkeys who they will see whilst walking around the site. You will help to ensure that our visitors feel welcome, well informed and able to plan their day to the full.
Your enthusiasm for the charity will help to inspire our visitors to become supporters.
You could be talking to visitors anywhere around the site, promoting our adoptions scheme or be willing to assist with car parking at peak periods or at major events. A cheery goodbye will also add positively to the visitor experience.
