Our head chef, Chris Morris, has produced a menu of local and ethically sourced produce with a team of chefs who have all been recruited from some of the finest restaurants in Devon. Included on our menu is a delicious range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Two slices of white, granary or gluten-free toast topped with either: Heinz beans, free-range egg (poached, fried or scrambled) or field mushrooms.

Indian inspired red lentil tarka dhal (VE, GFO)
A warming bowl of spiced, aromatic curried lentils served with a red onion, beef steak tomato and micro coriander salad, homemade coconut flatbread and pineapple Otter Vale chutney.

Roasted Jerusalem artichoke and garlic gnocchi (V)
Pan fried herb gnocchi tossed with roasted artichoke and garlic, finished with crispy curly kale, toasted pine nuts, a drizzle of truffle oil and grated vegetarian parmesan.

Atlantic salmon and Exmouth natural smoked haddock fishcakes
Sustainably-sourced flakes of fish bound with fresh brioche, Kitchen garden herbs, lemon zest and homemade mayonnaise. Served with crushed minted peas, hand-cut skin-on chips and homemade citrus aioli. 

Free-range Creedy Carver chicken, leek and ham hock pie
Bound in a creamy velouté sauce and encased in buttery shortcrust pastry, served with creamed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

The Kitchen burger (GFO)
Produced to our own tailored recipe, using only local free-range beef and pork. Served in a brioche bun with baby gem lettuce and beef steak tomato, accompanied by dill gherkin, Hogs Bottom spiced tomato & onion chutney and hand-cut skin-on chips

Kitchen Crafted Paninis

Served with salted Burts crisps and a simple salad garnish.
