We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a part-time, permanent Procurement Administrator to work 21 hours per week, (ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 8.30am until 4.30pm.
Working within a team and on your own initiative, this important role’s main duties will include; managing the procurement element of the charity helpdesk system, acting as a primary contact for all enquiries and requests, updating of procurement policies and assisting with the preparation of Invitations to Tenders and Request for Quotes.
You will be an experienced administrator with demonstrable communication, organisational, numerical and analytical skills, also with a clear focus on customer service and customer care. Experience of maintaining and controlling policy, procedure and process documents is also essential as well as having excellent IT skills.
