Looking after the support and development of our database is vitally important to us and we are therefore recruiting a new and exciting position within our CRM team for the systems which are used internationally.
The Senior CRM Development and Support Technician will ensure that we deliver a first class service, supporting key users and decision makers by facilitating efficient data capture, processing, manipulation and reporting on fundraising and welfare activities.
The main duties will include supporting, developing, testing, monitoring and administering the system to maximise the effectiveness of the system and data collected; maintaining information through trouble shooting and error correction, as well as developing and building new systems required by users of all CRM systems, introducing new work procedures as necessary.
This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months and working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
