The Donkey Sanctuary is growing and we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Retail and Catering Manager to be based in Otley, Leeds.
Being an experienced manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation of The Donkey Sanctuary’s first ever charity shop. Overseeing all on-site retail and catering functions, you will be successful in delivering first class customer service to members of the public or supporters. We need a manager with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets and working within budget. You will also need to be great with volunteers and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will be responsible for winning the hearts and minds of new supporters by developing an inspirational and meaningful retail experience and making this exciting start-up initiative a success.
This full-time permanent role will require working 40 hours per week, to include weekend working on a rota.
