We are seeking to recruit a Head of Marketing Operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the marketing communications strategy, ensuring that the charity delivers excellent supporter care across all UK and international Donkey Sanctuary locations, delivering consistent and efficient implementation of customer relationship processes, tools and communications to help nurture and grow the charity’s supporter base worldwide.
Possessing outstanding management and communication skills, you will lead our Marketing Operations team (CRM, Direct Debit, Supporter Services, Graphics and Digital), performance managing, developing and supporting your staff, managing and developing the existing supporter relationship management system, strengthening the organisation’s ability to generate sustainable income from a wide range of sources.
You will identify, monitor and evaluate agreed performance indicators and service level agreements to ensure supporter relationships are strengthened effectively, and research, evaluate and develop new supporter relationship management initiatives.
The ability to demonstrate extensive experience in managing a successful marketing function in the charity sector and in developing and delivering marketing strategies that positively impact business change is essential, as is the ability to analyse regional and international fundraising trends and to be proactive in anticipating needs and seeking opportunities to add value.
Based in Sidmouth, Devon; an area of ‘outstanding natural beauty’, this is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
