We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the Adoption Scheme Fundraising Manager and Adoption Scheme Fundraising Officer in managing income growth from the adoption scheme by recruiting new donors and developing existing ones, in line with annually agreed targets.
You will support the adoptions team in the day-to-day development and execution of donor recruitment, retention and stewardship campaigns, report on project schedules, budgets and timescale requirements, and provide administrative support to facilitate the relationships with external agencies, such as printers, list brokers, media buyers, fulfilment and mailing houses, and professional fundraising agencies.
Excellent I.T. and written and verbal skills, including a good standard of written grammar, are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy while working with a number of conflicting demands.
This is a full-time, permanent term role working 35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.
