Able to demonstrate experience of working in a fundraising environment, you will provide operational support to the Adoption Scheme Fundraising Manager in managing income growth from the adoption scheme by recruiting new, and developing existing, donors. You will manage the day-to-day development and execution of donor recruitment, retention and stewardship campaigns, and cyclical and seasonal communications campaigns.
Proactive and self-motivated, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will manage operational relationships with external agencies, such as printers, list brokers, media buyers, fulfilment and mailing houses, and professional fundraising agencies, ensuring the delivery of high quality work on time and on budget. You will work with content development and design colleagues in the planning, production and fulfilment of online and offline adoption communications materials and write data selection, content, design and fulfilment briefs for internal teams and external suppliers.
Excellent organisational and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to plan and manage a variety of simultaneous projects to meet stringent budgetary and timescale requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent term role working 35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.
