We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Assistant Retail and Catering Manager, to be based at our Charity Shop in Otley, near Leeds.
An experienced assistant manager or supervisor, you will assist the Retail and Catering Manager with all operational aspects of retail, pre-loved (second-hand) and café sales, monitoring the quality of the products and service provided. You will ensure excellent customer service is a main priority, giving a warm welcome to all visitors and engaging them in the charity at every opportunity.
A great team player, you will supervise and motivate a team of Volunteers, providing them with regular charity information and policy guidelines that may be necessary to keep them informed. Together you will develop an inspirational and meaningful retail and catering experience, contributing to the ongoing success of our first ever charity shop.
This permanent full-time role will require working 37.5 hours per week and will include weekend working on a rota.
