We are seeking to recruit an Insight and Reporting Manager. This is a new role, and has been identified as a key requirement within the Marketing Operations departmental restructuring process.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Marketing Communications, you will translate key charity supporter and operational data into meaningful and actionable insights, presenting the information in accessible and relevant formats to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing marketing communication activities.
Possessing research, creative writing and presentation skills, you will provide end of campaign reporting and interpretation of results to share as actionable recommendations to maximise return on investment, and monthly operational reports to enable planning and workload balancing across the Marketing Communications Directorate. You will develop forecasting tools and models to facilitate the production of accurate projections for a range of activities including: acquisition of new supporters and donors and reactivation of lapsed donors.
Innovative and lateral thinking, you will possess excellent negotiation, networking, collaborative and problem solving skills, and will be a fluent and effective communicator. Demonstrable subject matter knowledge, together with proven experience of working within the charity sector, and of strategic planning and data analysis, is essential.
Based in Sidmouth, Devon – “an area of outstanding natural beauty”, this is a full-time, permanent contract starting as soon as possible.
