The Donkey Sanctuary Ivybridge is thrilled that popular Plymouth folk band Mad Dog McRea will be playing at the centre on Saturday 12th April 2014 to raise funds for riding therapy.
Known for their rousing blend of folk rock, pop, gypsy jazz and bluegrass the band’s last album won Album of the Year at the South West Music Awards 2011.
With music that has been described as “heartfelt, room shaking and spirit-stirring” the gig is sure to be a great fundraiser for the Ivybridge centre. So don’t’ miss out! A few tickets are still available at £12 with proceeds going to The Donkey Sanctuary.
“We’re really excited to have Mad Dog McRea play at our centre, says centre co-ordinator, Paula Betts, “They’re a brilliant band, their gigs have always been a great success in the past and we’re really happy they’ve chosen to support us.”
Call The Donkey Sanctuary Ivybridge on 01752 690200 for availability.
Tickets can be collected at the centre. Doors and bar open at 7pm, Saturday 12th April 2014.
