The Donkey Sanctuary’s Donkey Assisted Therapy Centre in Ivybridge is holding a Dog Fun Day on Saturday 7th September from 10am – 3pm at Filham Park.
Wet noses and waggy tails are in order for a special dog-themed fun day. Pooches can parade in the agility ring and take part in the many competitions including; Most Handsome Dog, Waggiest Tail, Best Puppy and many more. It’s a day of canine activities and dog races which the whole family can enjoy. For the hard working owners and friends, you are invited to enjoy the games, stalls, tombola and refreshments.
Paula Betts, centre coordinator, says: “Come and join us at the Centre for a Dog Fun Day. It’s going to be a really enjoyable event! We’re looking forward to meeting the different breeds, pups and dogs and seeing them show off their talent in the competitions. We offer free parking and free entry, friends and family are welcome, we can promise it’s going to be a great day out.”
