Join the conservation team with their habitat and wildlife work at Slade House Farm, Sidmouth. Meet like-minded people, learn new skills, get some fresh air and help our local wildlife.
Join the ecology and conservation team on a relaxed walk around the sanctuary to survey bees and other pollinators, and in the afternoon, make cob bricks for bees to nest in.
We'll be walking on rough terrain and slopes, so please wear suitable outdoor clothing and walking shoes. You'll also need gloves for the cob brick making in the afternoon.
Bring a packed lunch and a bottled drink. We’ll provide the tea and biscuits.
These are free events, however, booking is required.
