Each month we run one or two Volunteer Days where everyone is welcome to come and help us carry out conservation work on one of our Devon/Dorset farms. Help us help wildlife and meet like-minded people, learn new skills, get some fresh air and get stuck in!
Join us at East Axnoller Farm, home to 364 donkeys and located at the source of the River Axe in Dorset, for a day creating water vole habitat. The water vole has undergone one of the most serious declines of any wild mammal in Britain during the 20th century, and continued habitat loss and fragmentation seriously threaten the recovery of UK populations. We want to restore the pond area at Axnoller Farm to provide suitable habitat for this wonderful small mammal.
