Town Barton let loose this Spring

It was great to travel to Town Barton this April, one of eight farms owned by The Donkey Sanctuary in Devon, and home to over 250 rescued mules and donkeys. Kennel barn donkeys

What was once a hay storage building has now been converted into a spacious, delightful new home for donkeys. I followed the development of Kennel Barn and thoroughly enjoyed talking to the staff and seeing the hard work they’ve all put in.
