Just a very quick note to say that on a break in Devon last weekend we visited your sanctuary and had an absolute marvellous few hours wandering about among all those 400+ wonderful creatures that you have given such a lovely home to.
It was a beautifully sunny day on Sunday, which of course helped, but it was just glorious seeing all of the different groups and how you have expertly taken care of all of their needs.
I bought all of my Christmas Cards in the shop, and some other gifts besides, and will be back again very soon, next time with my Granddaughter Chloe, on whose behalf I will also be adopting a donkey. I am favouring Little Vijay, but I suppose I should let her choose!
Many thanks for a lovely day out.

Once again we made one of our few but much appreciated visits to your superb retreat for the Donkey's. Well we (my wife and I) were bowled over as we are at every visit. We decided to take a stroll around The Shelters and the new spectacular stables were amazing. The work that you do for these animals is magnificent. We live in the West Midlands and try to do our bit of fund raising in our area for the sanctuary. Our visit included bringing with us our fund raising total for the year. What make these visits all worth while is seeing the new stables and knowing and seeing where the donations are being properly used.
As usual we make our visits last most of the day therefore we need food at sometime. We visit the tea rooms and as ever found the food to be excellent no complaints whatsoever. So much so we reckon that the food at the sanctuary is the best value for money in the whole of Devon.
We are planning to visit you once again very soon. Thank you for being there and a very big thank you for looking after the Donkeys. You are all very beautiful people.
