On Friday 9th December 2011 we will be holding our annual Candlelight evening and carol service from 5.00 pm. Staff will begin to light the thousands of candles around the Sanctuary from 3.30 pm with the 45 minute Christmas carol service starting at 5.00 pm in the Main Barn opposite the Visitors' Centre.

This year we'll be joined by Lympstone Brass Band and La La Lympstone Choir .

Mulled wine and hot mince pies will be available before and after the service.

Light a candle of peace and love

If you are unable to join us this year, we invite you to donate a virtual candle and leave a message.

We have set up a special JustGiving fundraising page for you to leave your messages when making a donation.

Candlelight is becoming more and more popular, and last year over 15,000 candles were lit, each one dedicated by our supporters to the memory of a loved one, a family member, a friend or a special pet.

It's also a time for our supporters to come together in once place and share their love of donkeys.
